Absolut, de är bland de bättre svärd du kan få tag på och mycket prisvärda. De är välbalanserade, med mycket fin stålkvalitet, är historiskt trovärdiga och dessutom mycket vackra och stilrena. Enda nackdelen är att de inte är smidda för hand på "autentiskt" historiskt sätt. Har själv ett 5143 slagsvärd samt ett 2144 enhandssvärd.
Vill du ändå ha snäppet högre kvalitet är det betydligt saftigare priser vi snackar om

Men får du väl tag i ett Kovex du gillar balans och vikt på så skulle jag hellre köpa ett sådant, både billigare och de håller betydligt bättre av vad vi erfarit på träningarna hittils.

Inget fel alls på Kovex, har använt ett av deras långsvärd på träningen nu (Östra Aros Svärdsmän) 2 terminer, och det ser knappt använt ut. Man får mycket hållbarhet förpengarana:)

Enda problemet som jag ser det med Kovex är att man nog ska köpa direkt av dem (typ Visby) så att man får prova ut lite olika av deras modeller, kan skilja sig mycket i balans och vikt även på samma modell, en nackdel som kommer sig av att de verkar vara flera smeder...

men..... dom kostar nästan 2000 mer än Kovex. Balansen på Kovex är inte helt kass, beror ju som sagt lite på styrka i armen, finishen såg jag inte som ett större problem, nån timme i verkstan så va det klart.[;)].
Jag betalade 1100 för en enhandare hos Kovex och det håller helt klart måttet.. en så länge.
