Det fanns en del intressant i den. Ang stavsvärdet så fanns det en hel del mått plus kommentarer om det man kunde utläsa av konstruktionen. Kopplat med en hel del teorier om det är samma vapen som i dolnsteins bilder, och vad det egentligen är för vapen.
En bra teori... Som jag gärna skulle höra vad andra tror om är att det ursprungligen är ett lokalt tillverkat jaktspjut.
Det finns visst en norsk beskrivning av "björnspjut med långa och breda järnspetsar och två kraftiga vingar" från 1599. En spirallindad läderrem har visst också förekommit på jaktspjut, och något liknande kan defintivt ses på dolnsteins bilder.

De hittade även ett svärd, något som liknar en lång "bauernwer"kniv, rustningsdelar, ringbrynja... två eldhandvapen...

Så den är definitivt läsbar...
Nu kommer jag inte ihåg var du håller till, men om du inte får tag i den så kan jag alltid slänga in den i kopiatorn... Även om mitt ex blev lite sisodär... Ville inte plocka isär häftningen [:D]

Sitter själv just nu med boken "Långfredagsslaget" (om bl a massgravarna som påträffades i Uppsala förra året) där stor del av detta berörs, och hittills har jag funnit en ganska stor mängd misstolkningar, missuppfattningar och allmäna felaktigheter, tyvärr. Det förefaller som att boken är producerad i en hast och utan (sic) korrekturläsning...
