Speciellt på del tin som har en förmåga att likna en brödsåg efter ett anfall eller två.

[*] Antingen av estetiska skäl, eller för att man inte vill riva sin motståndare på läppen med de ojämnheter som kan uppstå.

Spänn fast svärdet i ett skruvstäd i klingan. Lägg någonting på var sida om niten i knappen (jag brukar ta stängerna på en gammal hovtång) Smäll till ordentilgt en eller några gånger så att allt trycks ihop och nitknappen tittar upp lite. Ta en kulhammare och slå med 'kulan' på niten så att den tightar till sig.
Så, nu har du nitat om ditt svärd så det inte glappar.

Det klirrar änglalikt när man skakar svärdet.
Har ni några tips på hur man bäst fäster det? Jag siktar på att resultatet skall bli snyggt och hållbart, men det behöver inte alls vara HK.
